CB Solutions L.P. operates this company website and Velloki. These terms explain the websites and current sales route; they do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Websites and the brand

Velloki is a brand owned and operated by CB Solutions L.P., not a separate company. cbsolutions.page provides company information and shared policies. velloki.com introduces the Velloki collection and links to its storefront. Contact: hello@cbsolutions.page.

Where a purchase happens

The current Velloki product links take you to our Etsy shop. These websites do not take payment or create an order themselves. The product listing and checkout identify what is included, the price, currency, taxes or charges shown by the platform, file formats, permitted use and delivery conditions. Review those details before paying. Etsy’s applicable platform terms also govern use of its service.

The listing and order confirmation are the relevant records for the item actually purchased. A general website preview is not an offer for custom work or a promise of features not included in the listing.

Digital products and permitted use

Our current collection consists of ready-made digital downloads; no physical item is shipped. Compatibility, formats and any printing requirements are stated in the relevant listing or included instructions. Use the files according to the licence supplied with that product. A purchase does not by itself grant a right to resell, redistribute or claim authorship of the files. Where a product expressly grants commercial rights, those stated rights apply.

Delivery, problems and cancellation
