Downloads & refunds.

Our current Velloki products are digital downloads purchased through Etsy. There is no physical shipment. This information preserves your statutory rights.

Accessing your files

Once payment is confirmed, use the download access supplied by the marketplace with your order. Follow its instructions and the product’s included guide. Keep your order confirmation and check the listing for file types, contents, compatibility, printing requirements and permitted use.

Download support does not require sending us your password or payment-card details. An order reference and a description of the issue are usually the useful starting point.

If something is missing or does not work

Contact the Velloki shop through Etsy Messages, or email hello@cbsolutions.page. Explain whether the file is inaccessible, missing, corrupted or materially different from the description. We will investigate and provide the remedy applicable to the problem, which may include supplying or correcting the content, a price reduction or a refund as required by law.

A product being digital does not remove rights relating to non-delivery, faulty content or content that is not as described. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” rule.

Changing your mind

Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, its rules govern the purchase. For paid digital content supplied immediately, the right to withdraw can end when supply begins only if the legal conditions are met, including your prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of losing the withdrawal right and the required confirmation. Merely visiting this website does not provide that consent.

Check the actual marketplace checkout and order confirmation. We do not assume that every download automatically removes every cancellation right. No wording here waives mandatory protections.

Requesting a refund

Raise an Etsy purchase issue through that order’s help or messaging route so the order and payment can be matched correctly. Any agreed or legally required refund should be processed through the original selling/payment platform. Do not send card credentials or verification codes. Applicable platform protections and statutory remedies continue to apply.

Product licences

A refund or cancellation does not create a right to keep using or distributing content where the relevant licence has ended. Any permitted use and the effect of cancellation remain subject to the product licence and mandatory law.
